Dave Bias was kind enough to provide me with some great tips on using a Holgaroid (Holga 120CFN with a Polaroid Back). It is my supposition that if one can’t make exposures with the SX-70, one should make exposures of the SX-70. (Note to self: order more film from PolaPremium.)
After what seemed like an eternity, it finally stopped snowing (okay, so it was more like ten days, but who’s counting?) It being Saturday and all, I had lots of time to go for a couple walks in the woods.
(Tuesday, January 05, 2010) I enjoy plowing snow on occasion. I had such an opportunity this afternoon. After I put the truck away, I decided to commemorate the occasion by using the last of my Type 600 film to make this self-portrait. Luckily, a bunch of Polaroid film will be arriving in a couple days from PolaPremium.

(Friday, January 1, 2010) The new year was welcomed in by more snow! This was the view from my den in the afternoon.
Took this photo about twenty minutes after I received my first order of 600 film from PolaPremium. I was excited to discover that the camera actually worked. Now, to get a feel for the brightness control...
