(Thursday, January 21, 2010) A number of years ago, I went to Carnaval de Québec, where I purchased this replica ceinture fléchée (basically a sash worn by voyageurs to keep their coats closed.) It hangs in my hallway next to a photo I took from the Icefields Parkway in Alberta.
