This nest fell out of a giant tree into our yard. I really hope that the little eggshell in there is left over from last year.

It's pourin' the rain again tonight. I went out on the porch and saw the drips glistening on the trees in our yard, but I couldn't get a good shot. I stepped off the porch to get closer to the tree and the streetlight, but I still had no luck. That's when I realized that the the raindrops on my lens were catching the light from the streetlights in all kinds of crazy ways.

Friday was my day off, so I spent a good chunk of it finding new work clothes. (I needed to break out of my three-pairs-of-pants routine.) I did the majority of my shopping at thrift stores, and I managed to find some awesome things!

Just playing around with long exposures on our drive home from Binghamton.

I usually don't think to take my camera out at work, but when I saw the white-blossomed trees in the parking lot on the way to my car, I couldn't help but drop my bag on the sidewalk and take a few shots. I wish the flowers would stay on the trees longer.

Laundry at home is just not as photogenic as laundry at the laundromat. Oh well. I still prefer to do our laundry at home!
