16//52 (Test Shot #16--Grandma’s Sewing Machine)

(Saturday, 17 April 2010) This is the final image from my two packs of PX 600 test/reject film from The Impossible Project (some packs of the “real” stuff will be on their way shortly!) I removed the ND filter from the lens and dialed the exposure level all the way to dark. I’ve notice this film is a little more sensitive to temperature, so as soon as the photo ejected I did my usual routine of transferring the photo and dark slide to a cold clip (warmed up in advance), but did not stick it under my arm. Getting to experiment with this test/reject film has been a real privilege and a lot of fun.

(Friday, 16 April 2010) I do enjoy an occasional rainy afternoon. Fortunately it gave me an excuse to stay inside and order some official PX 600 Silver Shade First Flush from The Impossible Project. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed fooling around with the test/reject version of it these last few days.

(Thursday, 15 April 2010) Most of the daffodils outside my house have wilted, but these two were still in full bloom. This is one of my favorite photos I’ve taken with the PX 600 test/reject film from The Impossible Project.
